Merry Christmas

Dear Parents:
Remember, this Friday, December 16 is noon dismissal. Please join us for our Advent Service at 11:30 in Parker Gym.

We are actively promoting our Scrip program. You should have received a flyer with information on placing orders on-line or with Donna Case. Thank you for your support of this program, we’ve seen a significant interest and hope that you continue to support Scrip during the remainder of the year.

Interims

Dear Parents:
Interims come home today. Lower School students will receive them in their blue folders.
ALL Prep and Upper School students will receive an interim in class and those who have a
C- or below will also have an interim mailed home.

and to give as gifts for Christmas. The school receives a percentage of each gift card ordered.

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

Dear Parents:
You should have received your Annual Fund mailer several weeks ago. Our goal is 100% support from our families.
Parents are currently following up with phone calls through December 2nd. We are looking forward to your participation.

Thanksgiving

Dear Parents:

SPARC, Quick Start Tennis, and more...

Dear Parents:

Lower School teachers will participate in a Diocese wide in-service on October 14. Lower school students will not be in school that day.  Prep and Upper School will attend on the 14th, but will have off on Oct. 21st when their teachers travel to Lynchburg for in-service.  Lower School will be in session on Oct.21.

Golf Tournament and more...

Dear Parents:

 We will continue with our trial period of breakfast service in the cafeteria for one more week.   If your child hasn’t had a chance to eat before getting to school, please let them take advantage of this opportunity.  You can join your student for bagels, biscuit sandwiches, or cereal in the cafeteria starting at 7:45 am.

Homecoming, Spirit week and more...

Dear Parents:

Our lower school staff will attend a webinar this week on Accelerated Reader.  You should see a parent information packet as well as a STAR Reading Assessment on your child in the next couple of weeks.

Don Crafton from the St. Cecilia Band Program did start music classes on Friday, September 23.  Please contact the office if you missed the meeting and would like your child to participate.
